The Cage for Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera from SHAPE gives filmmakers and videographers the added stability, protection, and connectivity needed to get their Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera ready for video production use, and is made from CNC machined aluminum. The cage offers additional protection for your Blackmagic Pocket Camera and provides a cold shoe mount on top to attach accessories, including on-camera lights, microphone shock mounts, and audio recorders. The cage is also designed with (56) 1/4"-20 threaded holes along the top and sides of the cage for attaching an electronic viewfinder, monitor, microphones shock mount, or other accessories. To insert the camera in the cage, simply unscrew the two black knobs in the rear of the cage to release the sliding backdoor. The camera then slots snuggly inside. The Pocket Camera's battery door remains unobstructed when in the Pocket Cage, allowing for easy SD card and battery changes. In addition to supporting add-on accessories, thanks to a 1/4"-20 threaded hole at the bottom, the cage can be connected to baseplates, tripod quick release plates, rod systems, stabilization rigs, and other types of standard camera support.



Once in the cage, the camera attaches to the baseplate via a 1/4"-20 thumb screw. The baseplate provides support for 15 mm rod pairs, which are locked and adjusted using the ratcheted knob on the side of the baseplate.  The pair of 15 mm rods 8" long fit studio and LWS 15 mm rod clamps, allowing you to use available rod mounted accessories. The rods are machined from hollow aluminum tubes and feature chamfered ends that make it easier to insert into 15 mm rod clamps, even if the rod isn't perfectly aligned or is at a slight angle to the rod clamp. This allows you to use a follow focus, matte box, or another 15 mm rod accessories. A 1/4"-20 threaded hole in the bottom of the baseplate lets you attach a tripod plate.





DSLR handle black licorice (CANDYBL)

The Black Liquorice Candy DSLR Handle from SHAPE is a compact, ergonomic top handle that can be attached to any camera with a standard cold shoe mount. It is made of CNC aluminum and features left and right angle adjustment. It also ffers 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded accessory mounting threads.
